removable adhesive designed for clean
removal after 1 year. While not truly

| This
product is outdoor durable for more than 8
years, with a special adhesive that allows
for ease of application along with cleaner
removal than traditional permanent adhesives.
It has a high-quality solvent-based permanent
adhesive with an ultimate bond of 4 lb/inch.
The service range is up to 225 degrees F,
which is higher than many other performance
ranges in the marketplace. When printed with
Eco-SOL inks and protected with a high-quality
pressure-sensitive cast vinyl overlaminate
film, we would anticipate at least 60 months
(5 years) of outdoor durability. We have determined
that reliability and print quality on this
product is also much higher than other products
in the marketplace. We get excellent print
quality with no artifacts or print quality
issues, and banding is greatly minimized.
Additionally, the mild solvent inks seem to
be better bonded to the surface so the risk
of abrasion due to handling is reduced (ie
before laminating the prints). This product
is designed for a wide variety of uses, particularly
for conformation to irregular surfaces for
fleet and vehicle graphic applications. The
list price is approximately $.94 per-square-foot,
which is an exceptional value for the print
performance along with exceptional longevity
and durability. |
