What are the
benefits of this program?
- This is a discount service
for customers within our circle of influence
from our office.
- JSI will help prevent future
expensive service calls.
- End-users will vastly understand
their printer and rip for maximum productivity.
- JSI can perform Roland warranty
work before your printer breaks and shuts down.
- Customers that are "Out
of Warranty" will pay reduced hourly rates
for service work.
Can customers expect this
level of service w/o buying ink and media from
JSI?
- All
equipment and printers sell at discounts and
have very low margins for the dealers.
- JSI
is required by Roland to service "In Warranty"
printers that we install and sell.
- Roland
pays JSI a fee for "In Warranty" service
work.
- Warranty
work is only provided for certain service items
that Roland reimburses JSI for.
- There
is many support issues outside of Roland mfg
warranty that JSI can provide FREE of charge
for customers buying ink and media from JSI.
Otherwise the customer will be responsible for
paying technical support fees to JSI for this
suport.
