and email for a limited time from purchase. Our
trained support staff offers call-back service
and courteous assistance as you need it. Regular
support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am
to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Some call back
times are 20 minutes and some can be as long as
4-8 hours depending on current support load and
staff on hand.

These printers
have a 1-2 year warranty for parts and labor.
Does not include maintenance items and some
repairs like head strikes are not included in
the warranty.
You are able to have lifetime
FREE support by purchasing your everyday supplies
from JSI. You need these supplies for your sign
making equipment. When you buy supplies from JSI,
we offer an added advantage of being able to support
your equipment. We do not believe your other suppliers
offer that service; Why because they can not afford
