of business and therefore activation codes,
updates and upgrades are no longer available.
It is highly recommended to upgrade to
either FlexiSIGN or WinPCSign due to continued
development and support for these two programs.

cutters have a 90 day warranty on parts and
labor, this does not include any shipping charges
or maintenance items.

- Graphtec
or Roland Vinyl Cutters: your FREE email and
call support is for 90 days. These
cutters have 2-3 year manufactures warranty
on parts and labor. This does not include any
shipping charges.
- FlexiSign
Software: your FREE email and call support is
for 90 days
- Roland
and other printers: your FREE email and call
support is for 90 days.
These printers have a 1-2 year warranty for
parts and labor. Does not include maintenance
items and some repairs like head strikes are
not included in the warranty.

your everyday supplies from JSI. You need these
supplies for your sign making equipment. When
you buy supplies from JSI, we offer an added advantage

JSI
Sign Systems offers Technical Support on all equipment
and software purchased from JSI via telephone
and email for a limited time from purchase. Our
trained support staff offers call-back service
and courteous assistance as you need it. Regular
support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am
to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Some call back
times are 20 minutes and some can be as long as
4-8 hours depending on current support load and
staff on hand.
